I wrote about diMdiM more than a year ago when they made a presentation at one of the Barcamp’s I attended in Hyderabad. I was thrilled to hear about the technology they are using and the vision and roadmap of the product.

Click on the following button (.) to hear the Q&A from the presentation at the Barcamp.

DimDim released it open beta version today after being used 165 countries and by over 3,50,000 users.

DimDim is very similar to Webex as I mentioned earlier the only difference is that DimDim is a free. Using DImDim you can host virtual meetings all loaded with Voice and Video capabilities. You can also share your Presentations, Desktops, use Whiteboard, chat live with the participants and do a lot more during your meetings using the online DimDim service.

This service comes in real handy for people who work from different locations running virtual office or something similar.
