Both in terms of technology and price. This makes an interesting battle ground for all the players. With Sony launching a full frame DSLR last week with the release of <a href="http://www.dpreview.com/news/0809/08090902sonyalpha900.asp">Sony DSLR-A900,</a> Canon doesn&#8217;t want to be too far behind and the launched yesterday a full frame Canon 5D Mark II.</p>
<p align="justify">The camera is fully loaded with full frame sensor, anti dust technology and also shoots HD videos. The new camera will be costing around $2700. It&#8217;ll have a full frame 21.1 mega pixel sensor, expanded ISO sensitivity range from ISO 50 to ISO 25,600 and DIGIC 4 imaging processor.</p>
<p align="justify"><span id="more-1691"></span></p>
<p align="justify">This camera will hit the market by end of November, cashing on the festive season gifts market. The camera will also be able to shoot 16:9 full 1080 video and will have support of external mic apart from having an in built mic as well. Each clip on the camera could be up to 4 GB or 30 minutes of shoot, whichever comes earlier. This camera will however have no built in flash.</p>
<p align="justify"><a href="http://tnerd.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/canoneos5d.png" rel="shadowbox[post-1691];player=img;"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-1693" title="canoneos5d" src="http://tnerd.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/canoneos5d.png" alt="" width="496" height="371" /></a></p>
<p align="justify"><a href="http://tnerd.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/canoneos5dback.png" rel="shadowbox[post-1691];player=img;"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-1694" title="canoneos5dback" src="http://tnerd.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/canoneos5dback.png" alt="" width="495" height="368" /></a></p>
<p align="justify">Other cool features include a a grip as an accessory which will allow you transmit images directly to your FTP server or your computer using wireless. It&#8217;s also said to include GPS which would mean that with this accessory <span style="position:relative;color:green;width:150px;background:white;border-width: 0px 0px 0px 0px;border-style: double;border-color: black;filter:alpha(opacity=25);-moz-opacity:.25;opacity:.25;float:right;padding: 0.2em; margin: 1em;font-family:Verdana,Arial, Helvetica,Georgia;font-size: 24px;line-height:26px; text-align: right;"><span style="filter:alpha(opacity=75);-moz-opacity:.75;opacity:.75;">you </span><b> </b>will <br><b></b>be <br><b>able </b>to <br><b>auto geotag </b>your<span style="filter:alpha(opacity=90);-moz-opacity:.90;opacity:.90;"> photos</span></span>you will be able to auto geotag your photos. Following is what Canon has to say:</p>
<blockquote>
<p align="justify">The anticipation surrounding the launch of this camera model has exceeded our greatest expectations, and we believe our loyal customers will be awed by the level of innovation and features built into the new EOS 5D Mark II Digital SLR. Once they have the chance to experience the camera, we believe they will agree that it was worth the wait,</p>
