The site accepts something called Premium Questions where advertisers pay $1 for each prediction that particular question receives. Money made on the premium question is shared with predictors based on their accuracy level.

As a user every prediction you make that is closest to the outcome adds to the accuracy level and the bonus and payout to each user depends on the accuracy level of the user.

Another option of making up to $100 a week on Predictify is by posting a question. The question that gets the highest number of predictions in 7 days gets the winning amount. The winning amount is credited to the users account which can be withdrawn to a Paypal account or the users can request for a paper check. Minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
