Well, this Sony Ericsson Walkman Phone is too appealing to be called a concept phone. Take a look at the sheer beauty radiating from the black brassy looking body. Seemingly a touch screen walkman phone with enough giga bytes of storage, some 8MP camera, Bluetooth support, accelerometer feature, and very importantly a Sony Concept Phone engulfing the soul of a Walkman Phone.

And yes, its stylish design is to the credit of Sealover, the intellect behind the beautiful design of the concept phone. We wish that it hits reality soon and if it does, it’s sure to set the strings striking.  Keep our word for granted, if you wish.

2. Nokia B-Flow Concept Phone – The Curvy Concept Phone Wonder

Do you think we would miss out Nokia from our list of top 5 concept phones? No way. Because, the new Nokia concept phone has simply amazed us with is beautiful curvy design. Diego Peralta, the whizzo behind the design of Nokia B-Flow has let out a design that is in a way resembling the HTC Hero to some extent, atleast for the chin curve.

The cynosure? It should be featuring a touchscreen display that has got an enticing appeal. Thanks to the relaxed design tone put forth by Deigo. We expect it to be have some 8GB of internal storage, a micro SD card slot, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, a powerful camera under the hood and a decent web browser to start with.

The designer claims that the case was made using a three layered co injection of polycarbonate, where the base layer I storage, followed by a translucent pearl white layer and ultimately a transparent coating on top.

This Samsung Concept Phone can be fully customized by the user and the camera on board hides under the polymer screen only to make it transparent. Well, that’s just a little superfluous specifications listing, so we’ll have to wait longer to see if it actually hits reality, somehow.

3. Samsung Windows Mobile Watch Phone

Samsung and Wilson Song have one thing in common, their passion for designing cool handsets. Well, this one is a concept though, but mind you, it has got enough guts to transform itself into a portable media player, become a Stylish Watch Mobile when you need and even turn into a gaming console when you are going nuts of boredom.

It is reportedly designed to support motion sensing gamig with a ‘bend interface’ and can be operated using a stylus. The Samsung Watch Phone Concept also supports a pair of earphone, has a flexible wide display the should be playing games based on motion sensing technology.

4. HTC Android Phone Rumored To Be HTC Dragon, Possible?

Now, this is the first time we are reporting about a HTC Phone to be running  Android OS and yet be a concept after all. It will feature a 3+ inch large touch screen, perhaps, and a camera with surfeit megapixel power.

The HTC Android Phone should be a GSM phone and is rumored to be the much awaited HTC Dragon. Or, is it the HTC Touch HD2 loaded with Android OS? Only time will tell and we can just keep hopes high to see if it actually hits reality.

5. Fujitsu Concept Phone Feels Like A Soap Bar, Gets Transparent

If you thought Fujitsu only excelled in making digital cameras, correct yourself. The new Fujitsu Concept phone design is here to justify the fact. The new Fujitsu Concept Phone is shaped  like a bar of soap and  is blessed with extreme gloss on its surface.

On the front face, a black button like structure silently sleeps in peace. We are not sure of what it does, yet.Fujitsu is yet to release the specs for its concept phone and we’ll wait to see if they are sensible enough to actually drive this piece of art to reality.

Nonetheless, we want you to experience more of the happening technology and that’s why the latest episode of the ‘Top 5 Concept Phones that may hit reality’ is here.

Thanks to the boundless imagination and creativity extravaganza of the artistic designers and their logical idiosyncrasy that have been wisely fused to tempt you…and cell phone manufacturers of course.

1. Nokia E900 – Business Phone Blended With Style, Entertainment

Nokia has got another concept phone up its sleeve. It’s the Nokia E900. It looks just like any internet tablet with a QWERTY keyboard. But, the Nokia E900 has a 4.5 inch WVGA touchscreen, a 5MP Camera with Carl Zeiss lens, 32GB of internal memory besides an expandable microSD slot.

The Nokia E900 seems a phone for business centric people with an equal liking for entertainment. It would be possibly running Maemo 5 OS and will support OVi Integration, Firefox 3.5, Microsoft Exchange, Adobe Flash 9, Skype Video Calls and much more.  Connectivity options include 3G/HSDPA connectivity, WLAN, Bluetooth v2.1 and a GPS to assist you navigate through the streets.

With that almost-perfect configuration, this Nokia Concept Phone  is definitely a handset worth craving for, only it it were to hit reality.

2. Gaia  Phone Is For Emotional People?

Now this phone is something that uses technology to understand humans to a remarkable extent. It’s named the Gaia Phone by designer Ahmed Bittar. This concept phone actually displays a virtual wall of photos on the home screen and the images light up in different scales of brightness depending on the association of the calling person with  you.

Well, this uses some kind of logical technology that keeps track of the no of calls or messages you receive from a  person on an average time period.For instance, if you attend to frequent calls from your Dad or any of your friend, the photo of that person will light up brighter than all the rest present on the screen.

Not just this, the touch screen is wise enough to help you network with your loved ones on social networking sites like facebook and twitter. Supposedly, the Gaia Phone will be packed in with some 2plus MP camera if it were to really hit reality. Hopes up.

3. Sony Ericsson Candela – Dual Display Concept Phone

The Sony Ericsson Xperia, codenamed Candela,  is yet another stylish item to add to the concept phones line up. Design wise, the upper surface i.e., the sliding screen looks wider than the LG Choclate BL40.

It has got a full qwerty virtual keyboard – that’s on the secondary screen we are talking about, which can be used to perform various other functions, we presume, hand writing recognition is also included.

A 12MP camera CCD camera with 720p HD video capture that records videos at 300fps and Bluetooth  connectivity are also be packed in.  Not to mention that it has got razor sharp looks and invites an attentive appeal.

The primary screen flaunts a 1,000,000: 1 contrast ratio and  852 x 480 pixels resolution @ 16:9, runs Android 2.0 OS while the powerful 384MB DDR SDRAM paired with 512MB ROM should make processing the complex inputs on the screens a ease.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia or Candela could be available in two memory variants, 16 GB and a 32GB models and is powered by AMD Z430 graphics core. To enhance the gaming experience, a Snapdragon processor that supports 22M T/sec and 136M Pix/s, for a PlayStation-like experience has also found some place under the shell.

In short, it’s a gamer centric phone and will pack in a lot whole of 3D gaming experience under the finely beveled ultra wide touch screen. That’s all going to be fun with this Sony Ericsson Concept Phone.

 So, what’s the bar in not hitting reality, it’s got all that it should, but perhaps, the support for 3D games on a dual screen phone(which definitely is hungry of an exceptionally powerful processor)are destined to remain a part of our exaggerations if it were not to hit reality.

4. HTC Discover – Another 10MP Concept Phone

HTC phones have been interesting quite a large number of people. Seems like British Designer Timur Pinar found an exceptional interest in HTC phones and has designed HTC Discover, a touch screen smart phone blessed with the Android OS.

Features of this HTC Concept Phone include a full touch screen functionality, 10MP camera on the back which is presumably flaunted by a dual LED flash, lots of internal memory and support for microSD cards.

Just like the HTC hero, it has got a concave ‘chin’ that’s integrated into brushed aluminium bezel body.  The basic call/end buttons have been placed on the side and the front side looks more or less like an iphone with the joystick at its center-bottom.

With captivating looks and features good to taste reality, the HTC Discover has got all of it that is required to hit reality.

5. Skype Phone Concept By HJC

Not many of us may have heard about HJC that often, but if it’s new concept phone design, a Skype Phone were to hit reality, then more often, we may. A UK product design consultancy has created a Skype Concept Phone that looks like a ‘desktop ornament’.

Skype Phone? Yes, it’s a skype phone with distinct form factor and looks like a transparent keypad have been inscribed in a patch of synthetic grass that sagely encloses all the composite material that is required to get this sci-fi piece of synthetic grass working.

The design looks futuristic no doubt, but gives the impression of an eco-friendly or a green phone and may be highly preferred by environmentalists or will probably adorn green office cabins, if it were to hit reality.

With the rapid evolution of technology and its manifold existent forms, we must be ready to accept it in unpredictable shapes and forms. Anything that is imaginable is possible, a belief which is the most influential driving force behind this.

1. Window Phone– A Concept  Phone For Weather Curious People

We are talking about the Window Phone. A concept phone which changes its display according to the weather conditions. The most interesting thing about the phone is its translucent appearance.

Reportedly, the Window Phone changes its display to reflect climatic conditions, for instance, it displays droplets on the screen for a rainy day, snowy flakes for a snowy day and a crystal clear display for a bright sunny day.

What’s Hot : It’s raining here!

The Window phone is your window to weather forecast and makes accurate predictions (we don’t know what the science behind this assertion is!). When you blow your breath, it moves into the handwriting mode. What a fun!

We’ll post our hands-on review of the Window Phone, if it hits reality. Cannot assume how far that reality is, atleast for the weird concept the design is atomized on.

2. Nokia Morph Concept

Nokia Research Center and Cambridge NanoScience Center have been working on the Nokia Morph Phone (concept) for quite a long time. The phone is completely built and based on nanotechnology.

“Morph” means to change form, literally. And the Nokia Morph Concept has got it all. It can transform from a flat shaped portable TV like gadget into a cool looking phone. Furthermore, it is flexible enough to be worn as a wrist watch. All thanks to the Nano Technology that is used for the design.

It may include a camera, will have a full touch panel and will be supposedly dust proof.Nokia already makes great phones and this one is a great concept phone. Wish that it hits reality until we are still young.

In the meantime, we’ll wait to see if Nokia has any updates for the same. Presumptively, it isn’t coming very soon, but you can still check out the video for the testimonial.

3. Bracelet Phone

Designer Tao Ma (remember Yanko.com) has come up with a new concept phone. It’s the Bracelet Phone . Yes, you read it right, the design suggests that a phone is integrated into a stylish bracelet which has diamond shaped buttons to make and receive calls. Ah yes, the bracelet phone vibrates to alert you of an incoming call.

The  Bracelet Phone also doubles as a mp3 player to entertain you. Absolutely not weird. One piece that could be used as an mp3 player, a phone and a funky bracelet. Interestingly, the concept phone would be targeted at women if it were to hit reality, in the not so distant future.

The designer also has a sequel to the original Bracelet Phone concept, the Bracelet Phone II (pictured below). The new baby has a Bluetooth headset to let you listen to music handsfree in style.

4. The iPhone Pro Concept Phone Has A Physical QWERTY Keypad

If you are an iPhone lover, then you will love this concept phone to the core. One of the most common regrets you may have  must be the absence of a physical keyboard on the iPhone. We have no idea if Apple has any plans to introduce one in the future, but if Apple does not, somebody else will and the concept design is already making waves.

The iPhone Concept Pro : Overpowering Apple ?

The iPhone Concept Phone looks more or less similar to the Apple iPhone but it has a landscape QWERTY physical slide-out keyboard. The only visible difference in the physical form factor.

The technical specs are also revved up. With 64GB of internal memory, iPhone OS X2.0. 2 MP camera and connectivity options like 3G and GPS, this iPhone Concept Phone will take the cell phone market by a storm.

Racing more, it will have real push e-mail which will knock down Blackberry sales, we suppose, if it were to hit reality. And, we don’t see any great obstacles on the way except the price factor.

5.  The Universal Phone Concept

Universal Phone, a concept phone that is designed to be useful to the visually impaired, blind,  as well as the blessed ones like us equally even the blind.

If Louis Braille desgined the Braille System in 1821  for the blind to read and write, he would have never had even the slightest idea about the extent to which his one noble idea can be harnessed.

All the mobile phones have a dot on the number 5 key, and that’s for the poor blind people, However, we have a concept phone that is one step ahead.

Designer Seunghan Song has come with a concept phone design that not only lets the blind make calls by sensing the keys but all allows them to read text messages.

Great Concept Phone : Designed For A Noble Cause

The Universal Phone gives the illusion to the user as a touch screen phone while it actually uses a lot of micro pins which come up to from Braille platform.

This is a phone for blind people, but users without any impairments can take advantage of its features as well. Its keypad features thousands of micro pins, that get lowered or raised in different modes, transforming into a Braille platform that can be “read” by people with sight impairments.

Afterall, everything good is for the sake of Humanity!

The Nokia Pulse Phone

Yanko Designs, one of the most prominent name in concept gadgets designers, has come up with their latest Nokia Concept Phone, which uses a tiny LED projector that can be paired with the Nokia phone for operability or simply said, the mobile phone functions as a remote control to the Pulse.

Board meetings, conferences and project presentations are no more confined to conference halls. You can now call on a group discussion or a presentation on your latest project anywhere and everywhere by using the slides saved on your Nokia phone, lets your clients to have fly down there.

The Nokia Pulse Projector requires Pulse technology and uses a LED system based on DLP’s display technology for producing high quality imagery. All you need is just a flat surface, a wall or a table to start playing them from your Nokia and experience the rich 1000 ANSI lumens brightness that produces 16.7 million colors right from the lens of your Nokia Projector Phone.

We have seen a few gadgets in the recent past that could be termed as mini or pocket able projectors. But this one is absolutely an eye catcher and an attention stealer.
