Not all of these tricks might seem new to everyone but you will discover at least one new service on the video.

The video talks about stuff like Grand Central services, Voice to text, several test videos, fake callback, etc..

The video has no mention of Palm Pre as this presentation happened in December, 2008, otherwise I am sure we would have heard quite a bit about it.
