Currently there are close to 150 blogs in various categories. Showcase includes blogs like TechCrunch, Reuters Blog, Larry King LIve, Time’s The Page.

This is a good way of showcasing popular blogs but it also says a lot of WordPress as a platform. It shows how popular and strong WordPress is and most of the industry leaders preffer WordPress for as their blogging platform.
