The explosive top seeds duo Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis have crushed their rivals Karolina Pliskova and Michella Krajicek to sail into the quarterfinals of the WTA Aegon International.
The Czech-Dutch Pliskova-Krajicek pair buckled under intense heat from a combined effort by Indian tennis champion Sania Mirza and her equally exemplary Swiss partner Martina Hingis. The Indo-Swiss duo won in straight sets in the women’s doubles event in Eastbourne.

The next game, the quarterfinals, is against Hao-Ching Chan of Taipei and Flavia Pennetta from Italy. This is the last warm-up match before the start of the Wimbledon next week.
