Motorola today announced the availability of a software update for MotoACTV – the company’s first Android-based smart watch. The MotoACTV software update promises battery life improvements, bug fixes and new clock faces.

With the addition of a new Marathon mode, the battery life now lasts for 8 hours of workout on just a single charge – which is pretty good. So, plug in your watch to computer and just hit the update button to avail the pleasantries.

Who Can Use This Release

All 8 GB MOTOACTV users on official software releases on and prior to 4.58.77
To install an update, please plug in your  MOTOACTV to your computer and you will be prompted to download an  upgrade. If not, while your device is plugged in, click on DEVICE  >Check for Device Upgrade in MOTOCAST USB
