Firefox 9 For Android Released, Brings New UI, Snappier Performance [Video]!

Hot on the heels of the latest Firefox 9 release, Mozilla announced the availability of a latest release : Firefox 9 for Android. The app brings along a new user interface optimized for tablets, speed enhancements, bug fixes and much more.

The update also allows the user to hide the thumbnails column on the page by just swiping on the left. Other interesting features including a new Action Bar new, support for camera input support for devs, HTML 5 enhancements and much more.

Also, the app experience has been improved for better performance in both portrait and landscape modes.
