In a bid to promote one of its recently launched Android smartphones, Sony Ericsson recently dressed up a human as a mascot for Google’s Android OS. The interesting thing about that is you get to see the ‘Android’ dancing, perhaps, for the first time since its launch.

At the Sony Ericsson’s promotional booth where the recently released Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc was being promoted, the Android mascot was live in performance making dance moves, entertaining audience and enticing the crowd as it tripped the light fantastic toe wearing the Xperia Arc streamer.

We’ve included the just past the break along with some quick details on the amazingly slim and beautiful Sony Ericsson Arc Android phone right after the break. Go, feast your eyes.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is one of the recent additions to SE’s lineup of Xperia Android phones. It has an amazingly beautiful form factor with beautiful curves, glossy finish and a solid-under-the-hood mettle to entice any Android smartphone fanatic into buying it.

However, the cynosure feature of the phone is the Sony’s Bravia Mobile Engine-powered screen which brings the Bravia TV’s awesomeness to the compact 4.2” multi-touch Reality display and the Sony Exmor R camera sensor which is usually found in compact Sony cameras.

The 8.1 megapixel LED-assisted cameras should help you shoot best quality pictures even in low-light situations with pretty much ease while the Android 2.3 OS gets you the best of the Google’s Android OS.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc features HD video recording, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi connecitivy, mini-HDMI port, 320MB onboard storage with expandable storage support for up to 32GB via a microSD card, web-kit based browser, integrated Google apps and motion gaming.

Other interesting features including Exchange ActiveSync support, TV-out support, SE synchronization support, integrated social networking apps, touch focus, 3D games, FM Radio with RDS and much more.
