Google Nexus One just got a desktop companion and it’s known as Google Nexus One Desktop Dock.
As the name suggests, Google Nexus One Dock is a desktop dock for your Nexus One which brings with it an interesting set of features.
The nexus one dock is sleek, attractive and designed to add more functionality to your Nexus One phone. Once the Nexus One is seated in its lap, the clock app is triggered automatically which turns your Google Phone into an desktop clock.
It charges your phone, lets you view slideshows, configure alarms and even displays live weather updates on your Google Nexus One home screen.
Should you want to listen to your favorites from the Nexus One music library when it’s pillowing in the dock, a 3.5mm-to-RCA audio cable included with the dock allows you to connect your docked Nexus One to a stereo system

Absolutely!!
If I could buy the phone first, it would be a nice extra for the dock also
Where I live there are 3 GSM operators, and all use 3G compatible to Nexus One, and there are lots of expensive unlocked phones in shops.
BTW, why people in most EU countries can't buy a Nexus One?
