CES 2010 : Creative Vado HD Pocket Camcorder Review
Creative unveiled its latest pocket camcorder at the CES 2010 here yesterday and we get you a brief review of the recently released Creative Pocket Camcorder from CES 2010.
The gadget in the video after the break is Creative Vado HD from the popular Creative Vado series of pocket camcorders. It captures great still shots, records HD videos, lets you upload them to internet and much more.
This Creative Pocket Camera features a first-in-its-class wide angle lens camera with 2x zoom that covers larger focus area than the traditional camera lenses. The Creative HD pocket camera can record great quality still shots and high quality videos for a 720p resolution.
You can perform basic video editing functions for the videos you have recorder, upload videos directly to Youtube or Photobucket at the touch of a button using the built in Vado Central software and even stream in on a HDTV using the HDMI out port.
This pocket camcorder has 4GB of internal storage which is enough to shoot about 7000 snapshots or record up to 2 hours of HD plus quality video, 4 hours of HD quality video or up to 8 hours of VGA type video.
The device has a flexible USB arm at the bottom which can be used to charge the device or connect to your PC. It also has a stereo headphone jack which is something that other competitors in its class seriously lack.
The removable battery gets you enough run time of about 10 hours to 12 hours and when you run out of the juice, try swapping the battery with a spare one. It is also available in 8GB variant.
