You don’t have to be no Frank to turn your own or any pictures into a Hope-like poster! “Yes We Camera” app makes it a one click affair to turn any picture into a poster.

PhotoScatter: This application makes uploading and sharing pictures on different platforms absolutely effortless!

There is a paid version of this app but I guess the free version itself works pretty well.  The application can upload pictures to Facebook, Flickr, ShutterFly, PhotoBucket, Picasa and Twitter.

One nice feature to have would be to be able to upload multiple images at once.

HP iPrint: Most of the new HP printers are WiFi enabled which makes it easy to print from Laptop and other wireless devices.

HP iPrint application lets iPhone users use the WiFi capability of the printer to directly print from your iPhone. No hassles, simply fire up the application and choose the picture you like to print and hit the print button to send it to the printer.

Application detects and installs the printer automatically. This application is also available for Symbian and Windows mobile platform.

Tripod: Though mobile phone cameras can be compared to the regular cameras in terms of resolution, etc.. the stabilization technology hasn’t come to the phones yet. Until that happens, Tripod for iPhone is a free solution to click decent pictures in the shakiest situations.

ePhotoChest: All of us have secrets and quite a few of us have them in a picture format Mostly these pictures are important enough to be carried around with as all the time and secret enough to keep them out of others reach.

ePhotoChest is the best FREE solution for password protecting your pictures. Users can protect the pictures and copy the pictures to ePhotoChest and then delete the pictures from the iPhone album or move the pictures back to the iPhone Album to unprotect the pictures.

AutoCamera: Setting a timer to click pictures when no one is around to click them for you is what AutoCamera will help you do. Though this functionality exists in a few other applications, AutoCamera offers it absolutely free!

The timer can be set anywhere between 0-60 seconds which give you enough time to shoot your favorite pose.

Photoshop: This application lets you crop, rotate, flip, blur, apply effects, and lots of other things to your pictures.

This is one of the best applications available for on iTunes that helps you play around with your images and make them better. This is my personal favorite.

Ustream Live Broadcaster: Most of us who like to boast about where they are and what are they currently doing like to broadcast live videos for others to watch.

After a LONG wait, Apple finally decided to let live video broadcasting applications to be available on iTunes. Though I am yet to see a better use of such application I am very much convinced that we are yet to see the best of live entertainment.

Splash of Color: This application lets you color only selected parts of the pictures to give it a dramatic effect. Though an overwhelming number of votes are against this application I decided to add it to the list not only because of what it does, but, it does it for FREE! Don’t we love free?

I’ve used this application in my free time and I think it’s a good one to have especially when you are not paying for it.

PhotoFunia: The free App list would be totally incompleat without PhotoFunia making it to the list. This free app offers over 100 different effects for your pictures to make it fun for you and others.

PhotoFunia adds a touch of art and humor to the pictures on your iPhone. Its a must download for the year 2010.

Paid Apps (Get Your Redeem Codes): The only reason why these apps made it to the list of free apps is because of the superior functionality they offer over the other free apps which may offer similar functionality.

To sync with the “Free” spirit of the list, developers of the following apps have shared a limited number of redeem codes for our readers. Using these redeem codes users can download the paid apps for free.

Pro HDR: Pro HDR for iPhone lets users merge two similar pictures for improved light quality and an exaggerated effect (mostly). AutoStitch: This has to be the best panoramic creator app available for iPhone. I have been a HUGE fan of this great application since a long time now and it just takes it to the next level with the iPhone App.

Just click pictures and the application will stitch them for you to create a wonderful panorama!

ColorStroke: A wonderful app that lets you choose what colors you’d like to see in your videos. Not just that it lets you shoot or slow an existing video down to 0.3x or run it 3x faster than the regular video speed.

ColorStroke sells for $2.99; it is one of the best apps available on iTunes for iPhone videos. Guys at MacPun were kind enough to share a few redeem codes for our readers.
