Sony PS3 Slim To Be Launched Soon?

Gamers are always hooked to their own world of fantasies and only what could pivot their focused attention is the news of release of new gaming consoles, release of new games for their gaming consoles and the updates about their console itself.

If you have got PS3 in the room and its mere presence is just not enough to rev up your pulse rate when you look at it or should it not grab attention (keep aside the brilliant gaming characteristics it owns) of some sick idiot gamer you would play against, then here is something you should interest you.

Starting today, Sony will shut down production of the PS3 80GB in Japan. Well, this throws light on the seemingly significant purpose. They are planning to trim it down and reproduce a slimmer, sleeker and more aerodynamic system (not the Lamborghini type, but close).

We’ve seen PSP, PS1 and PS2 get slimmer versions to their original models, now Sony must be planning to keep the legacy going. Perhaps, they are deciding to lauch a PS3 Slim very soon. When and Where? No confirmations as of yet.

Most definitely, the PS3 Slim will bear the same configuration as the original PS3 (ofcourse, except for its size). You cannot simply expect any titanic changes or colossal improvements in the configuration of the PlayStation 3 but what is more obvious is you can definitely utilize your game pauses and keep praising about the PS3 Slim to your immediate neighbor.

If I were given a chance to use my logical interpretation skills with this mix, I’d most definitely question myself – what will you value more – a faster PS3 or a slimmer PS3?

What role does size has to play with gaming, i mean, they are not making it portable like PSP or the latest one like PSP Go, they are just trimming it down only by a few dimensions so that you save a lot of space on your shelf (Does it actually eat a lot of your desk space? Think about it.)

So will you simply buy it, i guess you will not..unless you are hardcore PS3 geek or if you broke you PS3 casing or tampered with its cover to get some mods. Then, buying the PS3 Slim will definitely be a good choice to be still in love with that gaming experience.
