We covered DocStoc.com quite some time ago. Over a period of time it has become one of the most valuable repositories of professional documents and useful information.
Users can register with the service and start uploading the documents and decide if they want to share the uploaded documents with other members of the site.
These documents can be downloaded, rated, reviewed and embedded on webpages by other members of the site.
