Elbert, a web developer who launched several useful and innovative web based utilities launched another Twitter App adding to the list of utilities and exposing his creative edge in the field of web development and social marketing. The new application is called TwitChance.

TwitChance is a Twitter based lottery system which gives you a chance to win lottery by spreading the sponsored message on the Twitter network. Winners are randomly picked and paid on PayPal.

It’s all about social marketing; it’s purely about spreading the Sponsored message and standing a chance to win the price amount.

The current winning amount is $500 and you stand a chance by twitting a sponsored message to your Twitter account.

The first winner will be announced on 6th of April. Winner will be contacted on Twitter thru DM and is expected to reply within 30 days with a PayPal ID. If the winner does not get back within 30 days the price will expire.

You need a Twitter account.
You need a Paypal account (we only pay through Paypal, you pay the transaction fee).
You need to follow @twitchance on Twitter (or we won’t be able to send you a direct message if you win).
You need to include the message in Step 1 in a post on Twitter as is, without modification.
If you win, you need to reply to @twitchance with a direct message within 30 days, providing your Paypal ID.
Payments are in US Dollars.

TwitChance charges 20% of the price money as their service charge to the advertisers. There is no fixed or minimum amount for advertisers to promote their business on TwitChance but Elbert doubts “a price of less than $100 will draw a lot of attention.”
