TwitChanceElbert, a web developer who launched several useful and innovative web based utilities launched another Twitter App adding to the list of utilities and exposing his creative edge in the field of web development and social marketing. The new application is called TwitChance.

TwitChance is a Twitter based lottery system which gives you a chance to win lottery by spreading the sponsored message on the Twitter network. Winners are randomly picked and paid on PayPal.
