CouponTweet makes it easy for Tweeple to find deals and discounts being tweeted around Twitter (Follow @tnerd on Twitter). The service simply searches twitter for deals and discount and make them available on CouponTweet in a presentable format.

This not only indexes the Tweets regarding the discounts but puts them into several categories. In case you find a coupon or a discount which is not active anymore, worry not, these can be reported back with just two clicks and Yes, if you like a discount you can certainly vote up for it.
