Abbas, you pointed out some really useful tools. I know your post focused on free tools but I'd like to mentioned one that is very useful and is only $24 a month. KinetiCast lets you easily convert you PowerPoint into Flash, record and embed videos (as well as other rich media elements) and then send it out via email as a link. Since it is a link you not only eliminate the possibility of bogging down their inboxes with large files but you are able to track their interest (how many times they viewed the presentation and how much time was spent on each slide).
