HTC Touch Cruise with FootPrints: FootPrints Lets You Take Pictures, Add Notes, GPS Location, etc..

HCT recently announced a new phone (HTC Touch Cruise) and an application called FootPrints. This application lets you capture an image and convert it into a postcard by allowing you to add notes and an audio clip; it also identifies the location of where the picture was taken using the GPS system.

The software names each of these pictures taken based on the GPS location or the area name. This makes it easier to track back where the pictures were taken.

This application is launched with the HTC Touch Cruise phone. Touch Cruise supports WCDMA/HSPA: 900/2100MHz. HSDPA 7.2 Mbps and is based on Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro.

The phone will be available across all major markets by spring 2009.
