TweetYourEats: Tweet Your Way to Healthy Diet by Tracking What You Eat!

I started pretty late on Twitter (couple of months ago,) however followers have been coming on to the list on regular basis.
For those of you who have not signed up with Twitter yet.. it’s not too late.. join now. Twitter is based on a simple concept but people are turning this application/concept/service into something unimaginable (check this washing machine out which is programmed to twitter once it’s done washing).
This is one service that is changing so fast and offering so much more than what it initially did. I bet there is nobody in the tech world who can predict what Twitter will offer in a year from now, no one!
Here is a new Twitter based service (TweetYourEats.com) which will help you track your daily intake of calories and help you stay fit whether that means losing weight or just controlling your diet.
So how does TweetYourEats.com work?
Every time you have something just send a direct message to @tyeats and that stores that message in your TweetYourEats.com account. The next time you login to the account you can see a list of things you ate, this is where you can edit the calorie, carbs and fat information.
This way you can track your diet and balance it out if required.
Watch the following video to see this application in action…

TweetYourEats.com is not released yet, however you can signup for beta.
I think it’s a great Idea, but there is something missing.. could somebody do something about manually entering the calories, carbs, and fat information? Can this stuff be automated? That’ll be cool right?
