If you are one of those guys who love music and can’t live without it then you’re gonna love this post. I know each of us love to sing irrespective of whether or not we can. I can confidently say this about myself that I can’t sing but I love to. I also love to be on Internet and most of my day as blogger is spent on internet. But I don’t lose any opportunity or miss out on listening to music and sometimes singing along as well.

But doing karaoke while listening to music is tough. When I started using internet, I would go to these lyrics sites and download the lyrics for the songs I love and then try to sing along whenever I listened to those tracks. I thought that was a good way of doing it. Not until sometime back when suddenly there was a surge of plugins which make your singing life easy.

These plugins which are also called as lyrics softwares would silently get integrated into your favourite music player like Windows Media Player or Winamp and as the song plays the music player will display the lyrics right there. We have already done a post on one such lyrics software.

We thought of looking for alternatives because you never know if there’s a better product out there for displaying lyrics as you play the songs. And we did hit gold and found a software which is amazing and probably better than the lyricsplugin that we covered. This software is called as minilyrics and is a beauty. Minilyrics is however not free and if you want a full version (single user license) of it you’ll have to shed $19.95. But I must tell you that it’s worth the money as this lyrics plugin is more than nifty.
