Firefox Running Slow? Problematic Extensions Could Be The Reason!
Firefox running slow is one of the most common issues Firefox users face and we conveniently blame it on Firefox. There are quite a few things one can do to improve Firefox performance however the easiest and one of the first step you should perform to improve the performance is get rid of Problematic Firefox extensions.
MozillaZine maintains a list of “Problematic Extensions” which have a negative effect on the browsers performance (access the list here).
Last time I checked this list, I ended up removing at least 4 extensions and noticed considerable improvement in the browsers performance.
