SERPs Finder: Find out ig you are ranking for a keyword on Google, Yahoo and Live!
A good site no matter what has to worry about SEO (Search Engine Optimiztion). Let’s face it, no matter how good your site is; it’s dependent on a search engine for traffic. Let’s also understand that search engine here is Google. There’s no syllogism required here as the logic can be proved without the need for 2 premise. Probably the only site in the world that never needed SEO is Google itself.
Any ways the argument here is the fact that Google drives the success of various sites with the traffic it delivers. Now there are almost unlimited resources out there to read, learn and implement SEO tricks and we are not here to discuss that. Actually, I usually try to refrain from writing on SEO and related stuff because of reasons which are both confidential and ethics related. But I am going to share something with you that might look a little trivial but is highly useful in your endeavor to implement SEO practices.
This little piece of utility is called as SERPs finder. SERPs stand for Search Engine Result Pages. You can find all about SERPs at the wikipedia link. A very simple interface to let you know how well your site is ranking for a keyword on Google, Live and Yahoo!. If used smartly you can also find out how your competitors are fairing.
This might not be one of the most sophisticate and advanced tool out there in the market, but this is one of the most basic and easy to use tool and best of all it’s totally free. I don’t think I need to put any effort to try giving you a step by step guide to use this software.
