My right hand fore finger has been exposed to work related injury and I have spent a bomb on getting a cure. Let’s see what Repetitive Strain Injury stands for, as per Wikipedia:

A repetitive strain injury (RSI), also called cumulative trauma disorder (CTD), occupational overuse syndrome, or work related upper limb disorder (WRULD), is any of a loose group of conditions resulting from overuse of a tool, eg. computer, guitar or knife, or other activity that requires repeated movements.

What we are going to cover here is RSI caused by computers/work related injuries and how to make an effort to avoid this using technology itself. The featured software that we are going to look into and one which will help you manage your breaks along with exercises to avoid RSIs. The featured software is called as WorkRave. WorkRave is a pretty useful utility and has been a great help for someone like me who spends a lot of time
