Login to iGoogle
Visit here and install the gadget.
Click on the “Export OPML” button once the gadget is installed.
Save this as an XML file
Login to Google Reader
Click on Manage Subscriptions
Click on “Import/ Export” tab
Browse and select the exported file and upload it
Select the feeds you want to unsubscribe to and click on “Unsubscribe” button (Skip this step as you don’t have to unsubscribe to any of the feeds)
