This article is not meant to offend or pick on your team or product. The points I have mentioned on the article are not "negative", but things which can be improved.

TNerd.com is a blog where I share my views(right or wrong) with the users and I'd like to keep it that way. I probably wouldn't send feedback to any of the product companies unless TNerd.com is specifically requested for a product review.

mVAayoo is still in beta phase and we are trying our level best to avoid such instances in future. It would be great if you mail such negative comments to us insyead of publishing it on blog.
