The service does not cover all the area codes yet, but most of them are on the list and all of them should be active in near future.

We have been using MJ for couple of years now..and mind you...its amazing. So much for so less!!! And not to mention the ease of use. I have sent pre-activated MJs' to my home country, and now all it take for my people to call me is...simply lift the phone and dial my #...as simple as that. No more sitting on the computer with headsets on trying to make cheap VoIP calls. Same is the case if I were to call home, no more searching for a cheap calling card. One can use it like any other normal basic phone to make calls worldwide.

Have just been chatting with a representative of Magic Jack in the US, who advises this is not yet available outside of America and Canada, as I live in New Zealand I am most interested to know if there is a way that MJ can be activated for use here.
Magicjack is great where else can you find calling for 20 dollars a year unlimited in Canada and the US?
I now have it working on my iPhone to so now I can call for free where ever I get Wireless Internet.

we are just in the process of getting one sent from the US to NZ to make international calls.
ie we will have a US number and be able to call the US for free & other countries at much lower rates than what telecom is charging
of course ringing NZ to NZ will be an international call, so it depends on what you are looking for.

know for sure it work here in the usa with a few small issues don't phone at night it takes forever to get threw.
As far as working from canada three phone companys aliant being one of them in the maritimes says it will not work on there high speed with a phone line with filters what is the
truth i have not heard of from anyone from Newbrunswick ca
that has used one there. work well here but can have verizon
high speed and long ditance for almost the same money and go
back north and still keep my no and email adress without pay
