Customi.se Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is a standard language for defining 2D graphics and graphical applications in XML. Most of the applications which let you draw online make use Flash to offer such functionality for example artPad.art.com. However more and more applications are looking for need based alternatives. If it can be done without Flash then do it without using Flash, it makes things much more easier.
