I found another service which does something similar. This product is called Odiogo.com I wont write a full review about this site but will mention my initial reactions only.

I registered with this site to create my audio feeds, it took close to 1 day to setup my audio feed I don’t know why! The format of the site and feeds look better than Blogbard but I love the Blogbard player which can be placed on the site for users to just click and listen to the feeds.
