Embed Music Using Del.icio.us One of the easiest ways of embedding audio/mp3 files on web pages is by using del.icio.us services. Advantages of using del.icio.us is that the users can listen to the file right there without having to download the file or any plugin to listen to the audio online. Another advantage is that users who are not tech savvy they will not be able to download the file even if they want to.

Next time when you want to embed an audio file, embed it using del.icio.us. It’s a two step process assuming the audio/mp3 file is already online.

Setp 1: Insert the following code in the <head> tag of the page or if you are using WordPress or any other CMS add the code to source of your post.

Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://images.del.icio.us/static/js/playtagger.js"></script>

Step 2: Time to add the audio file. Now use the following code to link to your audio/mp3 files.
<a href="< Enter the File Location Here>.mp3"> </a>

Once you complete the steps mentioned above. You should see the following "Play" icon every time you embed a audio file using the <a href> tag.
