DiMdiM I wrote about diMdiM more than a year ago when they made a presentation at one of the Barcamp’s I attended in Hyderabad. I was thrilled to hear about the technology they are using and the vision and roadmap of the product.

DimDim released it open beta version today after being used 165 countries and by over 3,50,000 users.

DimDim is very similar to Webex as I mentioned earlier the only difference is that DimDim is a free. Using DImDim you can host virtual meetings all loaded with Voice and Video capabilities. You can also share your Presentations, Desktops, use Whiteboard, chat live with the participants and do a lot more during your meetings using the online DimDim service.

This service comes in real handy for people who work from different locations running virtual office or something similar.
