Sheryl Quits Google, Joins Facebook wants to achieve all the success once achieved and the best way to do that is by hiring top Googlers (way to go Mark!). Sheryl quits to join as COO. This is not the first time is hired a top executive from . Few of the known names hired from are  eCommerce Product lead Benjamin Ling, CFO Gideon Yu and GDrive developer Justin Rosenstein.

    Hi Rahul,

Facebook is the next big thing.. Sheryl has certainly not joined Facebook to manage a social networking portal.. there is more to come from Facebook.. so keep watching...

I have used facebook and ITS A PIECE OF SHIT. I mean, why does it have to be so all shit in a 400x400 template. I switched back to orkut after that. But as for as the top execs of Google are concerned, I think this is just the beginning. There are more to go i guess ;)

I don't know... people have always moved from one big company to another, and its not going to stop happening, but I really don't think its a reason for Google to be concerned.

Google is an exciting place to work at, and that's a strong enough reason to stay. Also, Sheryl was with Google for 6 years, and that's a probably fair reason for her to want to move onto another challenge.
