Watching TV on mobile is not fiction anymore. The day is not far from now when you will borrow your friends mobile for a bit to watch "Indian Idol" or a Cricket Match. Telecom services in India are all set to make it reality. Yea, watching TV on mobile is coming soon to millions of mobile users in India.

According to Przoom, Doordarshan has completed its test trials on this technology and had plans to release this service from Jan-2007 onwards however the service was not released to common man due to changes in plan. However Mobile TV will soon hit the market and not only the service providers but the mobile companies such as Nokia which released N77 last week are trying attract users by releasing mobile phones which support DVB-H(Digital Video Broadcasting - Handheld) technology.
