India’s first Hi-tech city, Bangalore is all set to go wireless. Yes! Bangalore will be the first Indian city to offer wireless broadband to the entire city. This idea was being worked up on since last six months (in India it’s not a very long time to decide on projects) and now it’s being finalized. I don’t know how far we should thank the government for this as this project will be completed by the private sector and the government will not spend a single penny on it. This project will cost around Rs. 30 Crores and will be completed soon. India is consistently keeping up with the technology and leading as well in certain areas. I say “Future is Bright!”“No Government involvement” seems to be the secret sauce of completing the projects quickly. That’s something we should mull over!
